Join us for a day of entertainment , fun and education. Featured during the day will be: massed bands, pipe band exhibitions, individual piping, heavy athletics , highland dancing, children's’ games and sheepdog exhibitions. Performances will include Scottish country dancing and live Celtic music. Ongoing throughout the day will highland cattle, food vendors, clan gathering,
Scottish and Celtic vendors, and much
more.
2009 Chieftain of the Games: Bobby Dodd The Spokane Highland Games Association is pleased to honor Bobby Dodd as our 2009 Chieftain of the Day. Bobby has been involved in Highland Games athletics throughout the Northwest - and as far afield as Alaska - for many years, as competitor, judge and mentor.
